I'm going to guess a Viseo 3000 will be required... (Good luck finding one at a sensible price).
I hasten to add I'm no expert.

.
This is a Nokia cradle, you need to remove it first (press the little button in the bottom right-had corner as pictured).

You can then fit either a Mercedes OE or a Viseeo adapter, however I'm almost certain these will not stream music, only allow calls via bluetooth.

GLK is correct, the little button in the bottom right releases the Nokia phone adapter from the UHI connector in the arm rest (IIRC while pressing that little button you move the cradle backwards, not forwards, but I may be wrong). The you can fit either a cradle specific to your phone (I have one for my iPhone 4) that charges the phone as well as linking to Comand and the phone buttons (and is a bluetooth adapter when the phone is in your pocket instead of the cradle), or a bluetooth adapter like Viseeo. However, do not expect music streaming etc from your phone - even importing your phone book can be a bit of a mission.

Having said that, I find the hands free with my cradle, whether or not the phone is in it or in my pocket on the back seat, is excellent.

As said above, talk to comand.co.uk, they know more about MB ICE type stuff than MB!!
