Just returned from a trip to France. This was the first real 'long haul' in my W210 E320 CDI (2001), and I can't think of another car I would rather have done the trip in. We were fully loaded (roof box, trailer, kids etc.) and the Merc. just took it all in it's stride. Especially loved pulling power up the hills!

Just had one small glitch at the end of a 500 mile day! Just before stopping the brake fluid warning light came on. Book just says 'contact dealership' (there's a suprise!). I checked the fluid and the level is OK.

Have done about 200 miles in the car since with no re-currence of the warning.

Anyone got any thoughts?

Thanks

Dom.

Don't worry about it, many of us have the odd warning lamp on from time to time, if something is wrong, ti will come back.

Thanks Malcolm,

I thought that it was probably just a spurious indication, but wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything.
