Hi

On the last big run I noticed the brake pad indicator light had come on

Does the wear indicator only work on the front discs or rear as well?

Anyway, I ordered new pads and wear indicators for the front

How easy are they to fit. I have only ever changed pads on my old Alfa (1966) and just from having a quick look these look a lot more complicated:roll:

They are easy to change, see the thread by Parrot of Doom, just remove the sensor wires, knock out the 2 pins holding the pads, slide the old pads out, lever the pistons back in. (the preffered way is to slacken the bleed nipple, rather than force fluid back up the system, and use a pipe clamp) refit the new pads and sensor wires. Top up header tank.

There are no sensors on your rear wheels.

If you need anymore help, just ask :D :D

By the way, my brake wear indicator light is on all the time, but in the manual it says that the light only comes on under braking if the pads are worn

Any ideas?
