How and where does the CLS measure brake temperature?
Why would the car want to do or know that as there are no sensors on the calipers for measuring any temp.

I have never seen it, and I do not recall anyone else ever having the message up, so at least the car has told you how to drive.
Just shows what happens when a powerful car gets in the wrong hands.

Should have got EBC red stuff pads Peter, then you wouldnt have to hold down the brake pedal as long and the brakes wouldnt over heat. Or maybe all that brake dust is affecting the brake cooling.

That is true, its fact
I almost answered the same with regards to Red stuff having a higher temp rating but I thought the demon Post delete would strike again !!
