Brakes making a noise and abs coming on

[PRM1]

Just noticed a mecahnical 'clunk' when pulling off .

The orange ! sign sometimes comes on when moving off and the abs seems to kick in when braking slowly to a stop.

This is 2002 Ml270 with 45k miles.

No problems with car before just this is weird.

Due for a service soon and just wondered if you have had similar .

check out the trueness of each abs "ring" to it's sensor.
