Brochure for W203 C180 Estate

I'm waiting to take delivery, on 07.04.08 of a C180 Avantagarde SE Est Auto (57 reg), which is to my knowledge a W203 model.
I asked the dealer (MB) to let me have the handbook/manual in advance to bone up on the various features.
Up to now they didn't do so, and I suspect they've had to order one for me.
I've managed to get hold of a price list for the car, which shows what the car includes and the various options you can get over the Classic model, but this doesn't go into enough detail.
The interactive manual on the MB web site only covers the W204 model.
Any ideas how I can get hold of a brochure for the W203 model?

You do need the handbook - the brochure really doesn't have anything substantial in it.

It's annoying that the old one disappeared from the MB website.

Don`t set much store by the brochure, it mainly contains a lot a arty photographs of different bits in different colours. It does give the available options, I dont know if you are aware which are on your car ? useful are heated seats, leather, electric mirrors but do you have the sport pack ? this gives different alloys and tyres, uprated suspension and brakes.
If you are not familiar with Murkies the owners handbook gives you all the info you need. It is as thick as a telephone directory and as gripping a read.

That sounds like a lovely car. The interactive owners' manual was really useful and it's a shame that MB don't archive the older models.

The C Sport Coupe is still the 203 model so you could have a look through that for most aspects of the car's operation.

That was a good idea!

They do seem to archive the older manuals on the MB site in the USA but you have to input the cars VIN and your ZIP code to access them. One of two come up on searches, but nothing for C Class.

Yes but some of the controls and switches are different to the saloon (at least mine) It does show the hinged flap to the rear where the money goes in.

Picked the car up on 07.04.08 and as you say the Handbook is a pretty substantial tome, but I'm getting there!
