If it is, I can assure you it is straightforward. Two bolts (12mm I think) will remove the calliper. The piston needs to be pushed back slightly to get the calliper out (especially if there is a wear rim on the disk), then the pads stay behind. They can then be pulled out. I am sure there is a "how to" somewhere on the web, but maybe it is the "other" forum. When you put the calliper back on, use new bolts, they are impregnated with Loctite or some similar substance. (Genuine Mercedes ones come with the bolts).
If the disks are worn, the calliper housing also needs to be removed before changing them (two 18mm bolts each side). The disks are held on with a Torx-headed screw, once this is removed they should come if. If not, they are stuck to the hub with corrosion. A soft-faced hammer should do the trick.
