C class 2019 convertibile issues

Hi,

I had my car washed and when I tried to put the roof down it had a message saying open/close top completely but the button wasn’t doing anything and the roof wasn’t moving up or down , then the car starts beeping and roof lowering in red flashes on the screen, as soon as I get in the car the messages pop up as if I have left it neither up nor down but it’s actually not moving either way, can anyone help, I’m thinking it’s electrics as there were drops of water on the back of the seats.

Hi Vickyb did you resolve this issue, i have the exact same situation with my 2021 C class cab, and get no error code, was it resolved, and if so what was wrong ?

Do you have Mobilio breakdown cover , it’s a pretty new car .

no unfortunatly not as the car is older than 2 years, and the previous owner did not purchase it

It is free with any new Mercedes and if the car is serviced yearly with Mercedes you still have the cover .
