Hi there, I have just purchased a 2002 C Class Evo Panorama for my wife. Does anybody know if it is possible to retrofit heated seats to this model?
Thanks, Paul.

It is possible, but it is quite a bit of work, you need:

Heated seat pads
New switch panel (the switches are not available individually)
Relay
Fuse

IIRC most of the wiring is generally already in place, you just need to put in the realys & fuses.

There is some information on some other forums. From the links I read a while ago the biggest amount of work is in taking the seat apart to fit the heated seat pads...

Have a look at what this guy in the US has done to his W203. Almost anything is possible but it can be expensive if you can't do the work yourself...

You could try a breaker, it would not matter about the colour as you could use your own covers.

Good afternoon, thanks for your advice, have recently fitted parktronic and command to my 2002 CDI saloon so would anticipate doing the work myself if i can source the parts.
thanks again, Paul.
