(This issue has been drawn out of another thread on a different forum, so my apologies to anyone who thinks that they may have seen this item before. I just want to display it to as wide an audience as possible).
For those of you in possession of the current C-Class presentation DVD, if you select items in the following sequence, viz.
Seating - Driver's Seat - Fully Electric with Memory.
Interactive.
Seating.
Memory Position.
You should see this text.
'Store the current positions for seat, steering wheel, rear view mirror and exterior door mirrors in a memory position'.
Note the reference to 'rear view mirror'. From what I have been told by others, this has to be a mistake, i.e. the memory function does not extend to this facility on a C-Class. If you know different, please tell me!
