C class Speaker Upgrade

I have a new C200 with the Audio 10 CD and am thinking of upgrading the speakers.
Does anyone know how to remove the speaker grille in the doors or is it a case of having to remove the full door panel. If so, how do you remove it ?.

screw at bottom of speaker panel. remove, pull out from bottom. speaker then visible.

kenwood do a replacement direct upgrade. I used to have one in my W202 C220 CDi

I was considering the Kenwood upgrade for my W202 - did you think it was good? Worth the money? I habe been offered the kit for £100.

My C200 definitely does not have a screw in the position you suggest. I notice some threads in the US say you have to remove the complete door panel - a bit OTT really :!:
Any other advice :?:

For the W202 I recommend it. I got the front door speakers and teeters for about £70 new though I think from Car Audio Direct.
