C Class W204 wheels for aW203

Has anyone switched wheels from the C Class 204 (07 on) to a W203 (up to 07)

It appears that a spacer is required for the W203 hubs, does anyone know what spec these are and or where they are available.

They are completely different offsets I believe.
Why not get W203 wheels instead?

Because I have replaced the W204 wheels and therfore have a spare set.
