C180 flashers , wippers and hazzards

On my 1994 C180 I have intermitent problems (obviously related because they are simultaneously) with the flashers and hazzards and with the wippers, but only on their first speed. After a while everything is back to normal , and so on....it is very frustrating!
Could anyone give my a piece of advice...what should I check or replace?
I have also an intermitent staring problem, but this started a few years ago, the fuel relay doesn't always start at the first turn of the key...could this be related?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Sorry can't help with your original problem. My guess would be the control column stalk. My wipers sometimes play up and it seems to be the switch.

It could be the stalk switch or more likely in your case a relay, however I don’t know much about the relays, there are 3 in picture but I am not sure which is which, someone else may know more than me.

You could remove and clean the terminals with switch cleaner, this may help?
You could also inspect stalk, wiper section. Let us know how you get on.
