C180 Hydraulic tappets - noisy tappets

low mileage(25K) C180, developed noisy tappets immediately after a service. dealer suggests a) strip down. b) using different oil (Mobil) instead of Castrol Magnatec.   Anyone had similar ?

Either the wrong grade of oil has been used,i.e. too thick, or a tappett oilway has blocked.  Try flushing the engine with flushing oil.
Does the noise stop after the oil has warmed up?
