C180 noises when cornering

I have the same problem, my c180 is a 98 facelift model and it keeps making a knocking noise when I'm taking sharp corners.

It is definitely coming from the backend drivers side.

Any idea what the problem is.

check the obvious "wheels nuts tight" and the drive shaft bolts are not loose at the axel, it could also be a duff cv joint
