c180 sports exhaust.

hi can anyone advise me on a rear back box replacement for my 1996 c180 esprit.
i have searched the web and i can not find anyone who does a sports back box.ie peco,scorpion,remus,etc.
i did buy a universal back box from ebay who told me it would fit my c180,but
when i took it to the exhaust centre he said its not suitable?
please help?:

Go to a company such as Longlife and they will make one up for you in stainless steel while you wait.

Not that expensive either.
