Hi I have a problem with my wipers when I pulse the wipers for one sweep they keep going for a long time and then park but not always in the right place and when I put the wiper on intermittent the keep going even when I turn them off
Any ideas please

^ this and quite common- might be worth spraying a bit of switch cleaner in there first which might be all it needs, otherwise it’ll need replacing

No. WD is a water dispersant not a contact cleaner. Use a proper contact cleaner (available readily enough from places such as Halfords).

There you go , as LK says - the switch cleaner is a great thing to have in the garage though
