C180 X plate electrical?

My electric windows can't be operated from the drivers door, the indicator on the wing mirror doesn't work when indicating, but flashes when the car is centrally locked. The auto lock, after reaching 10 mph doesn't always lock the drivers door but it does lock all other doors. The locator light at the bottom of the drivers door works intermittently when the door is opened and I get in to the car. The central locking doesn't always open the drivers door first like it did when I first bought the car, but I have to operate the central locking three or four times to open the drivers door. I've checked all the fuses, when I disconnect the battery leave for 15 seconds and reconnect it, all these problems disappear (recommended by the dealers electrical engineer) - until the next time I drive the car. The local dealer could find no problems, and recommended I spend £350 on a new door lock!! Surely it's an electrical problem? so how can I find out - please help

id start by pulling off the rubber boot from the door to the body and checking for chafed wires. its all drivers (most opened) stuff.

was the previous owner a short distance lots of stops driver do you think?

pull the door card off - easy - and have a good poke about of the wires - maybe even get a new drivers door harness?

part number should be somthing like 203 540 76 08 or 22 05 (i have the american EPC not the uk one)
