c200k rattle?

hi guys , i have a c200k auto estate 2001 model , ive noticed whenever i press the throttle there is a rattle for a couple of seconds this also happens when i lift of the throttle .
any ideas, thanks

I had this on mine, though a s202, & was the exhaust manifold heat shield. Can be tightened & persuaded to not rattle!!

If it's a heavy, obvious rattle then it probably is exhaust related. If it's a light buzzing, it could be camshaft advance unit.
