2000 model year CL500, now showing a 3.4A drain as measured at the battery. A quick poke across the fuses doesn’t show anything alive. Anyone have any ideas where to start?

Found this the best method, this guy gives charts to work out the draw across a fuse without pulling it out and waking the system up.
Well worth watching.

Thanks for that. This is tricky; no fuse is showing any voltage across it after the car has gone to sleep.

One thing left to try before I speak to the garage...

Have you tested in your Pre-Fuse box? do you have a Clip-On/Open Jaw DC Ammeter?

No I haven’t. I’m not brave enough to go poking around in there.

And no I don’t.
