Hi People,
Been forced to create this account so that I can be armed with more info when MB take a look at my car next week.
Essentially as the revs climb, 40mph + to 75mph a noise starts building, from the rear cabin. It's like whirring, buzzing sound that gets louder and louder. I cannot be sure if its the rear left or rear right side of the cabin. I have had the noise identified by MB but never diagnosed.
It's gotten to the point now where over the radio i can hear the noise, whirring away.
When I bought the car, from MB, the noise was present but it was faint and not very loud. It could easily be ignored but over time it has gotten louder. So some component is slowly being worn down/away to the point where it is sound signature is now becoming more and more prominent during the drive on the mway
if there any ideas or tips I can try out to further diagnose the issue then please let me know and I will be sure to try them.
