C220 CDI (2003)N/S front door solenoid chatter

Hi

Does anyone have info on how to remove the door panel without setting off the air bags. I need to replace the door solenoid ?

How does part no 60 come off,do you just pull it like a w202

I believe that it stays on the card and you detach the bowden cable on the inside this is pretty well standard MB practice and the elctrics just unplug as well

With most of the card you remove the screw behind the ASR badge, ease out the plastic clips arond the door and lift the card up and outwards

Solenoid Chatter

I too have this same problem and I'd like to get the N/S door card off to have a look. Does anyone have a worksheet or instuctions please. I've already seen the link to the diagram.
