C220 cdi cold air issue

Hi all.

New to this so apologies for my lack of knowledge. I have a mercedes c220 cdi sport 2009 that blows cold air in to the cabin. Blows warm air in while driving but the soon goes back to cold. Coolant levels are fine but those to water pump is hard. Any ideas as worried this could be head gasket. Thanks.
