Just got my car back from having a new starter motor fitted but now the air con, heater, de mister etc is not working

The display lights are fine, I can select what I want, adjust fan, temp etc but nothing is actually happening

I'm guessing that the fuses are ok as the electronic display bit is working but has anyone come across this before?

Update: the demister and heater etc. are working but very little force, like the fan isnt blowing, I initially though nothing was happening but after driving for about 10 minutes the demister had some impact and I could feel a little heat from the vents, but not blowing through as it usually would.
Do the fans/blower have their own fuse?

Working whilst driving is the outside air being blown through due to the speed of travel.

Check the fuse boxes - card showing what they cover is generally in the lid of the relevant box.

Fans can fail when scuttle drains block allowing water to get into the cabin via the heater matrix - a lot of times the heater fans is the first thing the water reaches - this leads to corrosion and bearings seizing

Looks like its fuse 12 which is ok, I would say yes its blown through due to speed of travel. Is there a way of testing the blower motor?
seems to be accessible from the passenger footwell

I have removed the blower motor unit and it does not spin freely, it will move but not spin easily as I imagine it should, its not seized -
Is there a way to test it?

You could secure it on a bench and apply power to it.
