C220 Door Speakers 2002

Hi Can anyone help me find information on how to replace my door speakers for my C220 2002 model....

i need to get the size firstly not sure what the standerd ones are and then need to remove the front panel, but not sure if the plactic comes off or i have to remove the whole door cards...

any help provided is appreciated.
