When a screen washer low 'malfunction' was indicated, simultaneously a coolant low 'malfunction' was also reported. My MB service centre said 'they all do that'! My question is - Do they ?? or is this a design/build flaw?
Is your vehicle a C class? In this avent. A large proportion of them do. Some thing to do with the way they are connected. Water in or on the wiring loom that connects the two circuits together can have an effect. Do not quote me on this. I am still trying to get to the bottom of the cause. C class's suffers more with this problem. In my experience.
Many thanks for your reply. Yes it is a C class. The car is to inspected on Wenesday (19 th) by the supplying dealer. I will post the results of this. MB engineering have told me that it may be a transducer problem.
