C240 Esprit 1998

Hi I'm new to this club, and I would appreciate some help.

I am considering buying a white C240 Esprit 1998 auto with 120k miles and Mercedes full service history.

Has anyone any buying advice and things to look out for please? This will be my first Mercedes.
