c250 problems

hi only new to this and mercedes

i bought a c250 diesel AUTO today. some problems which i need advice on.
1-blower heater not working at all!
2-sunroof not working+ small leak in it!
3-rear electric windows not working!
4-gearstick sits too far back-when in D it appears to be in 3rd when in reverse appears to be in neteural etc, etc. cant get park or 2nd!!
5-when idle revs go up and down slightly!
6- seems to rev out to far, 30 and 40 thousand and sits at 30,000rpm at 60mph!!
bulb gone down by gearstick, which lights up didigts!!

any help appreciated, ciaran.
