hi got c250 td it sucked up some water and bent con rod 5 put new con and rings in put back together wont start number 1=150 2=120 3=120 4=150 5=240 and wont even go on easy start is that why she not going thanks

I think cyls 1-4 are goosed my son, you should be looking at close to 300psi on a diesel.

No mate, remember that diesels rely on compression for ignition, running at compression ratios of 24:1 - 30:1. You are only getting about 10:1!
