Help! Whilst touring Portugal needed coil springs. Due to language difficulties and friendly locals shock absorbers were ordered by mistake. This was a genuine error and we were obliged to pay for these and the coil springs. (Non refundable policy!) We now have BRAND NEW Mercedes shock absorbers for C250 TDi Estate and full fitting kits. We are trying to get part of our hard earned money back!
