Been looking for an induction kit for my car with a 4" kit I'm strugging to find the right place and where.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi
Save your cash ;) Fancy induction kits just make more noise ..... if they added bhp, then the manufacturer would have fitted them as factory fit :)

The most restrictive part is the y piece that goes from each air filter to the throttle body. If you take it off you will see what I mean. I fitted the y piece from a 55 Kompressor engine to mine and it made a significant improvement, although I did have it remapped by DMS beforehand. I did have SL55 air boxes on it, but they don't fit very well and made no further improvement on the dyno so I went back to the original boxes but kept the better y piece. You will need to fettle the scuttle plastic slightly to get it in. Mine made 404 on the dyno, but that was about thirteen years ago now. Still feels nippy, but the world has moved on!

Thank you for you feed back, so
If I get the y piece of the 55 I will need to just fiddle around with the original box to fit the y piece?

You need a couple of thin rubber sleeves over the original airbox outlets - the 55 rubber pipes are very slightly bigger internal diameter. I think I used a couple of bits off a wheelbarrow inner tube. How's that for a memory!

Great will give it a go. What about exhaust manifolds? Worth it? And pully kit?

Absolutely, a new one obviously ended up with adding more noise and making it worse.
