Hi all,
I have just joined the forum and need to ask a couple of questions since your advice could sway the decision to keep or get rid!

Issue 1 - Suspension clunk through steering wheel and peddles.
both front shocks have been changed under warranty along with the bushes in the lower control arms. There was also a plate (known fix) to stop the spring "twang" going on and off full lock.

The suspension still feels overly harsh over small bumps and small potholes (any speed), and is unbearable over cobbles (<20mph).

Issue 2 - Engine surges at ~1400 RPM in any gearbox mode at part throttle and part load. This can be felt when hill climbing or over a slight incline. It sometimes also happens nearer 2000 RPM.

Supposedly I have the latest engine and gearbox software but have no way to confirm this other than believing Arnold Clark.

Thanks in advance!

PS, if anyone could tell me the code for my engine, that could be handy.
