Hi everyone I'm new to Mercedes.
I've just purchased a 4year old C350e Hybrid sports estate. Also new to Hybrid
Would appreciate any tips, on the best way to keep the battery unit in good order and the most efficient use out of the car .
Regards Tony

Welcome to the forum, Anthony.

Based on readings on here, suggest you get a pretty robust warranty that covers the battery.

It would appear that there have been numerous problems with MB Hybrids and yours certainly is one of the earlier ones.

I would suggest you stay well informed with what's happening with these. If you come across any issues, see if others have them and then try and press on MB for some kind of good will if it's a know issue. There have been cases where MB will cover stuff easily, even if there hasn't been an official recall.

It might be an idea to look across to the states if the hybrid was sold there.

They have a very well developed community of electric and hybrid owners.
