C43 Gearbox problems

Anyone any experience of problems/issues with auto-gearbox? Costs to replace/overhaul? Mines just gone @ 61K miles! :cry:

Hi

merc benz exchange box is about 1200 quid and well worth it. If yours is an early 722.6 box as I suspect it is it has been modified about 25 times. If the car is low miles and you have MB service history make a fuss at your dealer and customer services (MK) and you should get a contribution

Apologies for delay and thanks for advice! Had the MB refurb unit fitted! Runs smoother than before. Cheer again.
