Hi,
I got the ones for my e240 from sparkplugs.co.uk - reasonable prices and fast delivery. (£107 for the 12) I went for irridium ones on mine - as with all these things, can't really tell whether they made any difference. Runs sweet enough though.

I don't know the C43, but the E240 - bigger bay and smaller engine, was a bugger to do. No visibility of most of the plugs, poor access - very hard work and not sure I'd attempt it again - half way through, the £100 the dealer wanted for the work seemed good value!.
Also, the leads on mine click on - they don't feel like they will, and it takes a hell of a lot of effort to get them back on properly.
