C63S Wheel Sizes

Just bought a 2017 C 63S Cabrio with 20" wheels. Trying to work out of the 18" wheels from the C63 will fit, I realise the C63S has a bigger disc diameter than the C63 but not sure if 18" wheels will still fit?

You should be OK provided the 18" alloy is from another C63S Cabrio. There is one 18" wheel specifically designed for the A205 C63 and C63S as in the link below.

If the 18" alloys you are considering are from another W205, check the widths and ET's on the same site. If possible, get the part numbers to cross check you have correct alloy.

Alloys from a W204 won't fit. The ET (offset) for the front wheels is wrong and they are also too narrow and will possibly catch the calipers.

Mmmm, I'm presuming the 20s came with the car from new or it was a ticked option,
so Mercedes must think you can still drive with 20s perfectly well. Plus the added
bonus they look great.

Mercedes don't care (sorry to say that)

They are "fit for purpose" (if your purpose is crawling down the kings road or driving on a billiard table smooth race track).

There's been a thread or three on here whereby owners have wanted to take Mercedes to task for supplying wheels that in their eyes "aren't fit for purpose" because they crack easily on the roads we have in the UK.

Well actually the car has 20" rears and 19" fronts but C63S has bigger diameter front discs than the base C63. Base wheel size for a C63S is 19" which is why I am wondering if 18's will actually fit over the bigger brakes

Apologies, I missed that bit.
Almost certain it wont clear the calipers then.
