Hi everyone! I am new to this site so please be gentle. I am in the process of buying a 2004 vaneo 1.6 trend (82hp) with 67k and FSH. This will be my first mercedes (have mostly bought Audis or VWs in the past) and have made a habit of changing the timing belt asap, have always been overly paranoid about it. From previous threads for other mercedes it seems that this may not be neccessary for this car. Can anyone help please as this may or may not be a bargaining tool (or something i dont need to waste money doing!) when doing the deal. If you can help it would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers Ted.
