Can anyone help me please

My car doesn't have any lights on the dashboard
And it has no problems while driving
It doesn't show anything while driving
But when I want to start it in the morning on the dashboard, I have to try four to seven times until the car starts
The dashboard says without change gear consult workshop
They've been checking everything in the garage for two or three days, but don't know what it is
My car is still in the garage
Anyone who has experienced this can tell me how they treated it. Thank you very much

As above is the garage a MB Independent I’m guessing not that’s the best place to take it to, ask on here for a recommendation in your area. You need the fault codes read to help diagnose the fault.

Which MB specialist have you used that failed to diagnose the problem?

There are a number of specialist MB garages in the Leeds area probably best to give them a ring and discuss the problem with them and go from there

Quite bad really that both garages failed to find a very basic item. Maybe a cursory glance through the handbook might have saved the o/p a lot of trouble and expense.

No one knows what the car is that I called a Pakistani guy at his garage in Dewsbury he told me I will fix it for you tomorrow I will take my car to him
This is the last garage I have to take or I'll make an appointment with Mercedes

No one could figure out what was wrong with my car I did more than 12 garages
So I'm taking it to Mercedes today to have it fixed
