Can I buy the wire gauze filter for MAF on it's own?

As per the title.

I noticed the gauze got a little distorted and is no longer completely round anymore after putting on the engine cover one day.

Now I am getting engine light and some codes relating to rich fuel trims. This was going to be first port of call as it was generally annoying me anyway.
