I have tried to put them on already, rear looks ok, but front touch spring cover, can I use spacers? Any advice will be handy, maybe someone already tried?

My gut feeling says no as the new tyre and wheel combo is 1" bigger in diameter. That's usually enough to create clearance issues between tyres and bodywork when on lock and over a bump. Indication of fouling issues is an MOT fail.

Sorry to be harsh, but unless you know for certain they will fit, asking before buying them would be a better idea.

As above, you may get away with using a spacer but that extra width may make the tyre rub on the wheel arch when on full lock.

W212 wheels

Front Wheels: 8.5Jx19 ET48
Rear Wheels: 9.5Jx19 ET48

245/35R19 93Y XL
275/30R19 96Y XL

W213 wheels

Front Wheels: 8Jx19 ET43
Rear Wheels: 9Jx19 ET49

245/40R19 98Y XL
275/35R19 100Y XL

Wheels will fit but you need smaller tyres

No...just change the tyres, the wheels are fine.

The size of the wheels you bought will be stamped on the inside of one of the spokes
