Can one get an MB Battery with more Amp Hours but the same physical size.?

Mine used to have a 95AH battery, which is a very tight fit.
MB Downgraded it to 92AH and thats when the trouble started

Can one buy a MB 100AH or 105AH the same size?

Note the 95AH was the same size as the current 92AH.
Previous cars had a 95AH consumer battery and a 60 AH ”Starter” battery so thats 155Ah in total
No wonder 92AH is not ideal.

Look on specialist site such as Tayna Batteries. If you buy premium Varta of correct dimensions should be best/highest spec
