can't get any sound from radio etc..

Evening all
My S320 has just been in for some warranty work. However a couple of days after having it back I had a total electrical failure.
Eventually finding that the negative lead on the battery hadn't been tightened up!
Now my only problem is that I can't get any sound from the audio system.
Any suggestions please.

My old S used to get stuck on mute. Sometimes it would burst into life when it felt like it and others it would come on after pressing the on'off or mute buttons. Try taking out the stereo fuse or disconnecting and reconnecting the battery. That normally cures it though the alarm will go mental if you do the battery.

it might need a code due to the battery prob if you look in the handbook it may have the code in with the radio manual ect
