When I hit a small bump, or bad patch of road surface, at apx 50mph and up, the rear of my car jumps to the left.
I had this once on my 850R, after I went sideways at about 5 to 10 mph, and hit a curb with the rear wheel.
But this has only just started on my car, and I know I have not hit anything.
Any suggestions?

id check springs and shocks as a weak side may be the problem or possibly the steering damper may also be at fault

It is possible that the bushes on one or more of the rear suspension links are getting worn, or a front wish bone inner bush is worn.

Springs are brand new all round, they have covered about 3-4k Miles. The dampers seem to be working ok, they are not leaking - but still, as you suggets, possibly on their way out.
I know I found anti roll bar bush and link worn. Forgive a silly question, but all I can see on my arms/wishbone is a small crack, about 50% of the rubber, subframe side. Would that be enough?
...Oh and while we are on the subject, are good pattern parts ok to use, like ATE, or should I stick to MB bits.
Cheers.

If the rubber is split its shagged!
Easy to change, i used pattern one from e bay £80 ish for 2 arms.
Pics are old bush cut open.
Bush pic is obviously stretched in the vice but when on the vehicle just a small split
Nipple pics these 2 nipples contol all the sideways load and as you can see one has snapped allowing loads of movement.

Excellent, cheers Lynall.
PS: Love the "plastic piece of poo" bit, classic! (...or in my case, 'Elegance').
