Given the age of your car should be a doddle, Im useless at handy stuff (really) and I managed to do it. Given your cars age its bound to have the standard ISO connecter at the back so its a case of slipping the old one out using the two prongs that come with the new stereo ,which slip down either side of the exisiting stereo (push in lift up a bit then pull out). Then undo all the plugs and cables at the back and connect to the new stereo.

Hi - if your car is the W202 C Class, then you can fit any DIN sized stereo. We fitted a Becker Monza in ours - nice styling that looks right in the Mercedes and you can order it with the orange/amber lighting to match the instruments etc. Great Dual-RDS tuner that finds all the available FM stations and lists them for you - no more presets! Good sound quality too.
