CD Changer in '98 S Class with Sat Nav???

Does anyone have the factory fitted Sat Nav AND a CD changer? If so, do you know what make the changer is and do you know if the wiring is already in place to fit one?
I have the Sat Nav and want to fit a changer too but am not sure how easy this is..
Any help would be appreciated.

Still not installed........

Can anyone tell me if the changer wiring is in place already and if so, where it is?

Also, I would really like to connect a Sony X Plod Minidisc changer to the original Auto Pilot (APS 4.0) Head Unit. Does anyone know of an adaptor that would make this work?
