Any info on cd changers for audio 10 head units (do i have to purchase an oem cd changer)

the cd changers are normally made by alpine or becker for MBs. Try www.carelectronics.co.uk. Main office number is 0116 2449865. They sorted mine out and a lot cheaper than the dealer.
