Central locking stopped working

Hi could do with some help please have clk200 cabriolet 2007 central locking on key fob stopped working a while ago so used the remote by door handle that was ok now that’s stopped

Radio central locking not working is usually down to the aerial amplifier or aerial filter failing.
Not working from IR is probably batteries (point the key at the camera on a smart phone and you should see the light output - if not change batteries and see if that fixes it).
