Centre brake light W210

Hi folks,

I have changed the bulb in the centre brake light holder in my 96W210 and no joy. Does anyone know where i go from here? I might just try spraying some elctrical cleaner on it tomorrow. The car was lying idle for several month before i bought it so things might have corroded.

sometimes they need a clean, mine kept on popping till i cleaned the connections all OK now

Thanks for the reply toxic. I will that that a go tomorrow. I bought some electrical contact cleaner spray stuff that did a great job on the contact for the passanger vanity mirror lights. I think i will have to invest in some kind of multi meter and 9 inch cavity block to keep the brake pedal pressed (mrs moore is getting annoyed with me asking her to press the brake!)
