What's the price difference compared with MB's offering? Is it worth the uncertainty?

Thanks, its £9.24 per litre at europarts, however it was not so much the price but the availability, I want to get the job done this weekend.
The base of gear shift was very hot (to the touch) after a 200 mile drive last week and the colour of the transmission fluid is brown.

I would go to MB they keep it all and 8 litres if you drain the convertor

Fuchs Titan 4134 is excellent and meets the higher spec 236.14. The febi oil which meets 236.10 is also good oil.

At £9.24 per litre Maxlife isn't cheap from ECP. I believe it is cheaper in the US, so loads of people use it in the 722.6 over there. It is mentioned in MB training manuals, so there will be no risk in using it.

Fuchs Titan 4134 from Opie oils would be what I would go for.
