hey guys, my w124 E250D is an import and such came with high ground clearance suspension... now i'm not sure if this option was only spring based, both the springs and shocks or even more than that, but i want to change it as it's just too high for me.
would you guys recommend going along the aftermarket suspension kit route? (i.e. Apex / Koni / Spax spring and shock kits) or replacing just the springs with either OE springs, or some aftermarket ones? (not sure whether the shocks would like that or not!)
i'm at a bit of a loss with it, as i don't want to go out buying a full kit if just changing the springs will suffice, or if i need to change other parts along with installing a full kit or springs.
Also, would going down the AMG / Sportline route be another option? (that's if such things exist for a E250D)
